Frequently asked questions
Can I pay to remove the 5-URL limit?
Not yet. A paid Pro plan with more URLs and custom intervals is planned but not available today. The free tier covers up to 5 URLs with no time limit.
Will you alert me when my site goes down?
Not in this version. PulseWatch shows you what happened when you open the dashboard. Email and push alerts are planned for a future update.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan has no payment information required. Just sign in with your email and add URLs.
What counts as "down"?
A site is marked down if the HTTP response is a 5xx status, the connection times out (15-second limit), or the DNS lookup fails. 4xx responses (e.g. 404) are considered up — the server is responding.
How long is check history kept?
7 days on the free plan. Older records are automatically deleted. A paid plan with extended history is planned.
